PayBox wallet is a virtual account that keeps the track of free recharge you have earned through various activities. PayBox wallet balance is the amount in Indian rupees. You can keep track of your earning and withdraw through credit and debit history which can be accessed on the wallet page.

You can redeem your PayBox wallet balance by transferring the amount to your PayTM or Mobikwik wallets that gives you flexibility to spend. To place first redemption request you should have a minimum balance of Rs.50 in PayBox wallet, so you need to earn minimum Rs.40 free recharge by participating in different activities. You can redeem upto Rs.100/day to PayTM or Mobikwik wallets.

Generally it happens with couple of hours, sometimes it can take upto 24 working hours to process the request. Please note if you have not updated your PayTM & Mobikwik KYC, then your recharge request won’t get processed and we will require upto 6 hours to rollback the amount to your PayBox wallet.

Every recharge redemption request is screened closely to ensure that we are able to prevent any misuse of the free recharge provided on PayBox.
